The Bite Size Film Festival was founded as a direct response to what we saw as an abundance of so-called “pay-to-win” festivals in the short film landscape. Championing independent and first-time filmmakers, we sought
to create an affordable filmmaking event that offers full movie screenings, networking opportunities, and access to film professionals.

Together with our all-genre showcase The Big Short Film Festival, our biannual event has already attracted hundreds of submissions from filmmakers all over the world, garnering critical acclaim and multiple
five-star reviews.
